Scott Fader is a 1994 graduate of the University of Windsor, Ontario.

Scott spent two years in Michigan where he worked with the Optimax Human Performance Institute in Rochester Hills providing training and rehabilitation for such elite groups as the Palace Sports Entertainment - Detroit Pistons of the National Basketball Association (N.B.A) and the Detroit Vipers of the International Hockey League (I.H.L.).  Scott also worked with the  Detroit Neon of the Continental Indoor Soccer League (C.I.S.L.)   as well as many individual professional, Olympic and collegiate level athletes.

After relocating to Vernon, British Columbia he owned an exercise facility which offered training programs for hundreds of members throughout the North Okanagan.  In the Vernon community, Scott keeps busy working with numerous local athletes including Greater Vernon Minor Hockey Association and the Silver Star Freestyle Ski Club.

Scott is a registered Kinesiologist certified with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist registered with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He is a member of the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology as a Certified Exercise Physiologist.
